Contact us with details of your watch regarding servicing. Any issues with timekeeping should be informed to us
You will recieve a quote from us for service. If you are happy with this you can send the watch to us by secure delivery
We will inspect your watch, and confirm the quote for you
If you accept the quote of the service, we will commence work on the watch
When watch service is complete the watch will be returned to you with 12 months warranty
Please note that we can not guarantee water-proof/resistant on any watches with after-market parts such as bezels etc
Our quotes will not include return P & P charges. In the case you decide to not go ahead with the Service of your watch, there will be a £40 administration fee + Delivery charges with Royal Mail Special Delivery. This must be paid prior to returning the watch, this fee will not be applicable if customer decides to go ahead with the service.
All charges for Service of the watch and Parts must be paid prior to the Watch being returned to the customer.
