  • Item can be collected in person in London by appointment. However for collection in person, we do not accept Paypal as payment. Acceptable payment methods would be Cash on collection and Bank transfer in advance.

  • Items will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment has cleared.
    (We like to check, clean and time the watch before shipping it out, a final quality check) 

  • PayPal payments and Credit Card payments require item must be Shipped to you, using Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and DHL / Fedex for International orders. Can only post to address provided and Confirmed by eBay or / and PayPal. All PayPal payments must go directly through eBay.

  • If you make bank transfer we will post to any address you wish. 

  • Items will be shipped Monday to Thursday, to avoid storage at Royal Mail over the week-end. 

  • Saturday delivery is available upon special request, this comes at extra cost of £30
    
    International Shipping:

  • International orders are expertly packaged and sent using DHL.
    EU clients can expect to receive in 48 hrs from shipping has been processed / collected, further afield is normally 2 - 4 days depending on location.

  • Tracking details for  DHL are provided to the client so that they can track the progress of their shipment.

  • Paypal payments require DHL as shipping method, cost of DHL will be calculated, but is approx. £35 + 2 % of value for Insurance (max 5000 Euros)

  • If you choose to pay by international transfer (IBAN/SWIFT), we can ship by Royal Mail International Signed For at £30, but this does not include any insurance, and this will be responsibility of Buyer.

  • Royal Mail International Signed for provides insurance of £500, any additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • DHL provides insurance of Max 5000 Euro, this will be added on the International Shipping cost, any additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties/charges in their respective country.

  • DHL provides 24/7 tracking and proof of delivery / Signature - which requirement for eBay payments
