Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Including all paperwork and boxes provided, and item must be returned with a safe and secure shipping method, must be able to track package on-line. Buyer pays return shipping, unless item is not as described.

This does include misinterpretation of the WATCH SIZE, wrist or / and case size, buyer pay return shipping in this case too.

Return cost will be paid by buyer approx.£15 UK buyers and EU returns with courier approx. £75. In the case of missing paper-work, box, or any physical damage on the item / official paper-work, including ANY water-damage of item/paper-work or any original boxes, we reserve the right to give a partial refund based on the estimated cost of the damage.

For International orders, where expedited Courier service has been used eg. Fedex, UPS, DHL or other, only delivery charges for standard delivery will be refunded - standard international delivery approx. £15. International Sales (outside EU): Full refund if item is not as described and shown in the photos.
